Terms of service

These terms are between HOMEMADE ISRAEL, Israeli company number 516649076, operating winful (we, us), and the business using winful (you). The person accepting confirms authority to bind that business.

winful is for businesses. It is not offered to consumers, and you may not use it for personal or household purposes.

winful runs paid media for you. You set a monthly budget and a CAC goal. Your customers film videos through pages we host for you. The machine writes scripts, cuts variations, launches and changes campaigns on Meta, measures new customers against your baseline and learns from the results.

The machine acts within the setting you choose: it proposes changes and waits for your approval, or it makes them itself inside your budget and goal. You can pause it from the product at any time.

To do the work, you connect accounts you control: your Meta ad accounts, and your store or an events feed that reports new customers. You confirm you are allowed to connect them and to give winful the access it asks for.

Campaigns stay in your own ad accounts, and the ad platforms bill you directly for media spend under their terms. A platform can deliver somewhat above a daily budget on a given day. The machine plans against your monthly budget, but what a platform bills is between you and that platform.

You are responsible for who you invite into your workspace, the roles you give them, and keeping sign-in details and API keys secret.

Self-serve subscriptions include campaign management, customer-video processing and social management. The regular monthly price is $1,199 for actual calendar-month ad spend through $10,000; $2,799 above $10,000 through $30,000; and $5,999 above $30,000. We combine actual spend across connected accounts, including campaigns managed outside winful. Multiple accounts have no separate fee. Non-USD spend uses dated reference exchange rates. Missing data delays collection until pricing can be verified.

A card is required for the 14-day trial. PayMe takes a $5 verification charge and we refund it after verification. Your trial starts after successful card verification and refund confirmation. The trial includes 30 advisor requests, two source videos and two original social posts per week. After the trial, the saved card is charged automatically each month at the applicable plan price. We send advance reminders. If a required notice is delayed, the first charge and access end date move together and the revised date appears in your account.

Threshold crossings automatically upgrade your plan. The upgrade charge is the remaining-period portion of the difference between monthly prices; additional capacity opens after payment is confirmed. Upgrade differences below $5 wait until renewal. The current calendar-month tier does not fall after a spend restatement. Lower tiers are evaluated at renewal. Published prices include VAT where charged; advertising spend and customer rewards are separate. Payments are processed by PayMe and tax documents by iCount under the named billing company.

Cancel renewal in your subscription page before the next charge. Current access continues until its stated end date. Cancellation does not reverse a completed period or an upgrade already charged. Existing separately signed contracts retain their agreed terms. Report billing errors to legal@winful.app and we will investigate the source records and correct verified errors.

Enrollment offer: accept your card terms by October 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Jerusalem time (UTC+2) to receive at least 50% off every regular monthly price: $599 Starter, $1,399 Growth and $2,999 Scale. These prices remain for as long as your subscription is continuous, including tier changes. Canceling and returning after your access ends requires the current offer and does not create a second trial. Existing accepted subscription schedules and separately signed contracts retain their agreed prices.

Prices are in USD and include Israeli VAT where applicable. A documented foreign business receiving the service exclusively, with no Israeli establishment or Israeli service recipient, is treated as a zero-rated foreign service. The business supplies its English billing name, country and address and reports changes. A foreign IP address or card alone does not determine VAT. Monthly payments receive an English tax invoice and receipt through iCount; Israeli accounting records retain the required NIS conversion. PayMe settlement, exchange rates and payout fees follow the merchant agreement; they do not change the USD subscription price. Your card issuer may charge its own foreign-exchange fees.

The video pages ask each person who films to accept the permission text you approve, and we store that acceptance with the video. You are responsible for that text covering how you use the videos, and for any reward you promise.

When someone requests removal, stop using the video. We stop new advertising and organic publishing and pause its ads. We remove Facebook posts where the platform permits it. Instagram posts may require deletion directly in Instagram; the workspace shows the exact post and asks the owner to confirm removal. Turning off automatic sharing stops future posts but does not retract posts already published.

The video pages are for people 18 and over. Do not invite anyone younger to film.

You keep all rights in your brand, products, data and the materials you give us. You allow winful to use them only to run the service for you.

The scripts, cuts, variations and ads the machine makes for you are yours to use, within the permission each person who filmed gave. winful keeps the software, the machine, its methods and anything that is not specific to you.

We may use statistics that identify neither you nor any person, combined across accounts, to improve the machine. We never give your data to another client.

You are the advertiser. You are responsible for your products, prices and claims being lawful and true, and for your ads meeting the policies of every platform they run on, such as Meta.

You may not use winful to advertise anything illegal, to mislead people, to collect personal data unlawfully, or to get around a platform's rules. You may not copy, resell or reverse engineer winful, overload it, or try to reach data that is not yours.

If a platform rejects an ad or restricts an account, we tell you what it said and what the machine is doing about it. We cannot overrule a platform.

winful works through services run by other companies, such as Meta, Google, Shopify and payment providers. Their terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their outages, their policy changes or their decisions about your accounts.

Each of us keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for our work together. This does not cover information that is public, that the other side already had, or that the law requires us to disclose.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. Where we process personal data for you, we do it on your instructions, under our data processing terms, which form part of these terms. If you signed a separate data processing agreement with us, it applies instead.

We run the service with care and skill. We do not guarantee a particular CAC, ROAS or sales result. The subscription pays for the stated services and capacity, independently of advertising performance.

Beyond what these terms and your contract say, winful is provided as it is, without other warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, to the extent the law allows.

Each side's total liability under these terms is limited to the amounts you paid winful in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, to breaches of confidentiality, or where the law does not allow a limit.

You will defend winful against claims that come from your products, the claims in your ads, the materials you give us or your breach of these terms, and cover the costs they cause. We will do the same for you against claims that winful itself, as we provide it, infringes someone else's intellectual property.

You can pause the machine at any time. You can cancel renewal as described under Pricing and invoices, and a signed contract ends as it describes. We can suspend access straight away if a payment is seriously overdue, if an account puts others at risk, or if the law requires it.

At the end of paid access, automated service stops and campaigns remain in your advertising accounts. Review and pause any campaigns you no longer want to run. Canceling renewal prevents future subscription renewal charges. You can request an export of your data within 30 days; retention and deletion follow our privacy policy, including legally required records.

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, we email workspace owners at least 30 days before it applies. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them, and both of us submit to that jurisdiction. Either of us may still ask any competent court for urgent relief to protect confidential information or intellectual property. A separately signed contract that names another law or court applies instead.

Before either of us goes to court, we try for 30 days to settle the dispute in good faith, in writing.

These terms are published in English and Hebrew. If the two versions differ, the English version governs.

These terms, with any order or contract you sign with us and the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement between us about winful. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force. Not enforcing a right does not waive it.

You may not transfer these terms without our written consent. We may transfer them to a company that takes over winful, and we will tell you. Neither of us is responsible for a delay or failure caused by events outside reasonable control, such as an outage at a platform, network or provider. This does not excuse payments that are due.
